In partnership with their media agency PHD, Volkswagen South Africa wanted to find a way to seamlessly collect and pass Facebook user data from the platform directly to their CRM system. With the help of bionic, a bespoke solution was developed to capture consumer information directly from Facebook and filter this to the wide dealer network, while capturing sales data to close the loop and provide ROAS
