Bionic was launched in 2013 and is now used by thousands of advertisers every day all over the world.

Bionic began as a paid social business and grew to support some of the world’s largest advertising agency groups and brands. We quickly developed a reputation for excellence, based upon the expertise of our team and the quality of our service.

As the business evolved, we wanted to share our experience and best practice with a wider audience,  so we developed the self-service platform Bionic, a sophisticated social media advertising platform with a simple and intuitive user interface. 

It’s a social advertising platform for social media experts built by social media experts.




Ciaran FitzGerald, Chairman
Ciaran is a former Irish rugby union player. He captained Ireland to the Triple Crown in 1982 and 1985, and the Five Nations Championship in 1983. Fitzgerald also captained the Lions on their 1983 tour. He established and managed a number of companies in the Advertising sector including co-founding in-store media specialist Visualise Group.

Patrick Dawson, CEO
In 2016 Patrick Dawson joined Bionic as CEO and the company rapidly evolved. On foot of a “reset” Facebook relationship Bionic developed specific retail features. Bionic formed a range of partnerships for product and market collaboration and has made significant international progress across the middle east and southern Africa.

Keith O'Reilly, CPO
Founder and entrepreneur with 14+ years experience in product development for advertising across online, offline, in-store and social media.

Keith brings experience of both executing strategies as well as building and developing great, effective and successful teams. Keith is co-founder of Visualise Group.

Niall Cowman, CFO
Experienced finance professional. Big 4 trained Chartered Accountant. Niall was previously the Head of Finance at Storyful, the world’s leading social news and content service which was acquired by News Corp in December 2013..

Rob Pryce, CRO
Director with 20+ years sales, commercial and operational experience transforming digital and technology businesses. 15 years experience within the agency landscape including the set up and sale of Ireland's largest digital agency Diffiniti Ireland. 8 years EMEA experience leading teams within Microsoft and Quantcast.
